What Safeguarding Means

Safeguarding includes:

  • Protecting children from abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
  • Promoting mental and physical wellbeing.
  • Ensuring safe use of technology and online spaces.
  • Acting early to provide help and support when problems arise.

How We Keep Children Safe

  • Trained staff – All staff receive annual safeguarding training.
  • Clear procedures – Every concern is logged and acted upon.
  • Safe environment – Secure premises, visitor checks, and risk assessments.
  • Curriculum support – Teaching pupils about safety, resilience, and online awareness.
